During the ceremony of the release of the program "Ethra" on the localization of the financial and banking sectors at the "Adnic" center in Abu Dhabi, the graduates emphasized the importance of this sector for the country as a foundational element capable of achieving international success in the formation of national cadres in the financial and banking sectors.
Ghibisha Al-Heilya, a graduate of the program from the second group and operations officer in the Future Leaders program of artificial intelligence at First Abu Dhabi Bank, noted that the Future Leaders program in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence is aimed at developing young leaders in the field of technology and innovation, as well as integrating them into the banking sector.
"Thanks to the program, I developed leadership skills and an understanding of the field of artificial intelligence," added Ghibisha.
